Proudly serving clients since 2006



Named in reference to the striking and iconic landmark of our beautiful city, Flatrock Partners was founded in 2006 in Boulder, Colorado. We provide a variety of innovative services and solutions to Investors, Syndicators, Developers, and Management Companies in the affordable housing industry. We have worked with thousands of properties in more than 40 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Property Site Inspections



Flatrock Partners has completed thousands of property site inspections across the United States on behalf of Investor and Syndicator Clients. Our process includes a physical examination, management and administrative analysis, as well as a comprehensive compliance assessment of each property.



Resident File Review



Backed by extensive experience with allocating agencies across the United States, we provide a variety of resident file review services. Whether your organization requires the review of initial qualifying tenant files for a new development or a selective audit of a portfolio of stabilized properties, Flatrock can help.





Compliance Management



Management of affordable housing can be complex, especially if the portfolio participates in additional programs and is geographically dispersed. Flatrock can perform an assessment of your current procedures, and can help design, implement, and manage a comprehensive and effective compliance strategy.

Meet the Team



Partners



Jonathan Campbell is the Founder and President of Flatrock Partners. Prior to Flatrock, he served as a Senior Asset Manager at The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation, managing approximately one fifth of the Company's portfolio. Mr. Campbell started his professional career as a Consultant at Mars & Company, a management consulting firm providing strategic analysis to Fortune 500 clients and their international equivalents. Mr. Campbell earned a degree in Economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.



Meredith Bullock began her career at Lehman Brothers as a financial analyst in the Global Real Estate Group. Along with her experience in capital markets, she has worked with the NYC Economic Development Corporation, focusing on the development of low income housing on Manhattan's West Side. Ms. Bullock completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and continued her academic career at Columbia University and The London School of Economics, where she received her Dual Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in Public and Economic Policy.
